ARCHIE BATTY - TRUMPETER

Archie's musical experience began on the Cornet at the age of 6, he was instantly hooked and spent most of his spare time engaging in extracurricular musical activities with the wonderful Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust.

Fast forward to finishing 6th form Archie hot-footed it to Leeds College of Music where he consolidated all of his childhood musical experience to date finishing with gaining a First Class Honours Degree in Music.

Since then, Archie has returned to his music roots of brass banding and is now the soprano player of 'The Yorkshire Imperial Band', a champion section band based in the competitive Yorkshire area.
